We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a empathetic and patient way
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
