Job Description

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing exceptional customer service and support.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. You will resolve customer issues efficiently, document interactions accurately, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Additionally, you will stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge to ensure consistent delivery of quality service.

The ideal candidate will have prior call center experience, strong command of the English language, typing speed of 20+ WPM, high-speed internet connection, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), familiarity with Windows operating systems, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving and research.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process claims as needed.
  • Guide customers through options to find the best solutions and follow scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Stay current with training, updates, and program knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Prior call center experience.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
