Job Overview

The Customer Experience Associate plays a vital role in laying the groundwork for making this vision a reality – from identifying customer needs, responding to queries, and collaborating with the service excellence leadership team to enhance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Enquiries: Responds to customer enquiries by telephone, email, or live chat to provide effective solutions.
  • Customer Complaints: Handles customer complaints and concerns effectively, finding resolutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Process Adherence: Ensures adherence to established processes and procedures related to customer service, maintaining consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalates complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Provides recommendations for process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a customer experience specialist or a similar customer support role.
  • Experience in Google Suite applications such as Google Sheets or other ticketing systems.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work on a flexible schedule and onsite.
  • Ability to speak Bisaya language is an asset.
