Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a professional and empathetic individual to provide fast, accurate support to customers via chat, email or phone.

The ideal candidate will use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers regarding product information, order tracking, returns and account concerns.
  • Handle inquiries related to product details, order status, refunds and account management.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and provide high-quality support.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and support procedures to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathetic, patient and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Team-oriented with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Personal computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred).
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed).
