We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy individual to join our customer support team. As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via chat, email, or phone.
Your primary goal will be to deliver fast and accurate support while ensuring a consistent customer experience. To achieve this, you will need to stay informed on product updates and support practices.
- You will respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- You will handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
- You will manage tickets using Gorgias and Shopify.
- Has excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Has at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Is comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
- Is empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
- Is team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
