Unlock Your Potential as a Strategic Leader

Job Summary:

As a Portfolio Management Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to upgrade identified mass market segments by increasing their product take-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze internal data to gain an in-depth understanding of customers
  2. Conduct market research to identify threats and growth opportunities
  3. Portfolio manage Deposit Products to migrate/upgrade identified mass market sub-segments to higher revenue-generating products
  4. Assess current strategies and recommend strategic initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness
  5. Implement initiatives and work with internal and external agencies to execute campaigns and ensure alignment in approach and deliverables; supervise measurement of campaign effectivity
  6. Manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with other groups across the organization for project execution

Additionally, you will:

  1. Research output, including roadmaps for business/product/service enhancements
  2. Measure the number of customers migrated to a higher segment/availing of a second product

Requirements:
