Customer Service Associate: Unlocking Opportunities

  • Key responsibilities include receiving and professionally responding to user inquiries and requests, offering premium services, handling eCall and iCall inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of customer cases.
  • Effective implementation involves following up on open cases, maintaining accurate records, and keeping customers informed about case status and resolution times.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, with fluency in Korean and Business English required. Team players with a positive attitude and stress resistance in emergency situations are also sought after.

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 months' experience in customer service and possess strong attention to detail, quality-consciousness, and results-driven work habits. A Bachelor's degree in any field is also preferred.

Additional requirements include willingness to work in rotation schedules, including holidays, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances. We prioritize excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
