Marketing Officer Role Overview

As a marketing officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve volume and profitability targets. This involves identifying market opportunities, analyzing customer needs, and creating products and services that meet those demands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting sales and marketing activities to develop and expand the remittance business;
  • Supervising the maintenance of ITTD databases and preparing/consolidating/updating replies to noted observations/findings;
  • Formulating and implementing remittance programs to generate and expand remittance business;
  • Conducting marketing programs and activities in compliance with regulatory bodies' regulations and market/client preferences;
  • Analyzing market situations, conducting surveys, and proposing marketing directions based on the latest market trends relating to remittance business;
  • Preparing strategic remittance plans and competitive marketing programs to ensure sustained expansion of the bank's remittance market share and profit growth;

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent;
