As a Retirement Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals consolidate their assets into proprietary employer-sponsored retirement plans. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives and help them achieve financial freedom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a single point of contact for individual customers throughout the consolidation process.
  • Provide education and support to customers, ensuring they understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Manage a high volume of scheduled meetings, inbound calls, outbound calls, and email correspondence with customers.
  • Assist customers with Rollovers, Exchanges, or Transfers, ensuring the process is completed properly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in financial services preferred.
  • FINRA 6 & 63 registrations required within established timelines.
  • Ability to work within a flexible call center schedule and environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
