Job Overview

This role focuses on providing administrative support to a team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.


The duration of this contract is 12 months.


Applicants will report directly to the Senior Manager of the Legal and Corporate Governance Unit.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing administrative and secretarial tasks
  • Managing diaries and coordinating schedules
  • Handling telephonic calls and recording messages
  • Administering procurement and payment processes

For this position, we are seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

  • A certificate in office administration and a Matric (NQF Level 4)
  • 2-3 years' work experience in office administration
  • Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office Package
