Job Description
As a global partner delivering specialized software and expertise, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team. The role is based in Manila and involves working with clients worldwide to provide business support and solutions, collaborating with developers to address issues.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Front Office, Portfolio Analytics, Financial instruments (including pricing), Corporate Actions, Settlement, Accounting/Fund Accounting, or Data Management/Integration.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining, communicating and solving issues by liaising with the customer and their support teams, and with our developers and consultants.
You will also investigate customer issues with a focus on replicating issues internally and coordinating with our technical teams to resolve them.

- Verifying and proposing workarounds for customers while their issues are being resolved.
- Documenting solutions to recurring issues in our internal knowledge base.
- Maintaining close contact and communicating errors and enhancement requests with local development staff and our central Development Division.
- Demonstrating solid experience in key areas including Front Office, Portfolio Analytics, Financial instruments (including pricing), Corporate Actions, Settlement, Accounting/Fund Accounting, or Data Management/Integration.
- Undergoing training and mentorship to become a specialist in the field.
- Based in Manila with potential weekend/public holiday work and occasional extended hours.
- A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science.
- 5 years' experience within asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management, or custodian.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work within a structured framework.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge or strong interest in financial issues, both theoretical and practical.
- Service-minded with the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive setting.
- Team-oriented mindset.
