We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Support Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about finance and has excellent organizational skills.
About the RoleThe Financial Support Specialist will be responsible for providing financial support to our team by performing various tasks such as bookkeeping, preparing financial documents, and processing payment requests. They will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure that all financial tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities- Perform bookkeeping tasks under the guidance of the Finance Manager.
- Assist in compiling and preparing financial documents.
- Prepare and process payment requests (AP Process).
- Assist in the preparation of tax computation and schedule.
- Collaborate with the finance manager in creating accounting processes and policies.
- Verify computations and data.
- Produce well-organized draft work products requiring minimal revisions.
- Communicate with government agencies and offices as necessary.
