Job Title: Financial Operations Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Lead to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including cash management, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals to ensure high performance and achievement of individual objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 9-10 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insightful recommendations.
  • Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Sage, and MS Excel.
