Job Title

As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for incoming enquiries and deliver exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks.

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth coordination of services for clients requiring care and support.

Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day administrative support to coordinators, scheduling and coordinating services, maintaining accurate records, and escalating clinical or case management issues when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to coordinators to ensure timely communication and efficient operations.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating services for clients, including meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Escalate clinical or case management issues to the relevant coordinator.
  • Support reporting and compliance with service standards.
  • Liaise with clients, families, service providers, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration and customer service within the aged care sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and client management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of aged care regulations, funding models, and terminology is highly regarded.
