Job Overview

Our business thrives on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide competent, timely and error-free over-the-counter services to customers while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory rules. They will also be responsible for recognizing risk areas and eliminating risks by consistently implementing bank policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tellering, new accounts related functions, other over-the-counter functions and back room functions as required in the Branch Operations Manual.
  • Support the Service Manager in achieving the Business Center service standards by providing excellent service, fast turnaround time and error free processing for total client satisfaction.
  • Attend and resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • A degree in a business or service industry oriented course is an advantage.
  • Ideally one year of experience in Branch Operations-related work, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and willingness to be rotated and/or cross posted to other branches.
  • Strong sense of urgency and service orientation.
