Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the financial operations of our property portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone with strong general accounting knowledge, preferably in real estate, who is comfortable managing property-level financial reporting and general ledger accuracy.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, flexible, and quick to learn new systems, with experience in Yardi or similar accounting/ERP systems preferred.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for a portfolio of properties.
- Review Balance Sheets and Income Statements for accurate account balances and reasonable revenue/expense values.
- Maintain and verify accuracy of general ledger and journal entries.
- Perform CAM reconciliations and reforecasts (annually and bi-annually).
- Prepare reports related to budgets, insurance, taxes, fixed assets, prepaids, commissions, and amortization/depreciation.
Candidate should be familiar with lease structures, CAM, tax billings, and general ledger management, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
