Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Document Control Specialist to manage various physical and digital documents for our team in Makati.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Filing and maintaining accurate records of documents
  • Ensuring documents meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Managing document archiving and retention periods
  • Preparing and issuing receipts, invoices, and other BIR documents
  • Supporting tax, compliance, and audit-related responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We prefer candidates with a relevant associate's or bachelor's degree and previous experience in document control or related fields.
