We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage remote tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare client proposals and engagements, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage Director calendars, scheduling meetings and prioritizing tasks.
- Organize travel arrangements, draft and proofread emails and reports.
- Conduct online research and data collection for client projects.
- Set up and manage client projects in Asana, tracking tasks and deadlines.
- Generate client progress reports and draft invoices.
- Utilize HubSpot for CRM management and contact tracking.
- Use LinkedIn for targeted outbound messaging.
- Create visually appealing documents using Canva.
- Maintain and organize company files within Google Workspace.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4+ years experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Project management experience: Asana experience preferred.
- CRM experience (Hubspot preferred) for managing contacts.
- Google Workspace competence.
- Canva skills for content creation.
- Marketing tech tools knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
