Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. You will support the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at the organization.
  • Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and exploring opportunities to innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.

Employee Experience

The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

This role will be in a global team spanning multiple regions, specifically delivering new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.

HR Administration

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Manage employee data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity and meeting employee experience processes.

Systems, Automation & Reporting

  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ownership of HR systems and tools, keeping them up-to-date and accurate.
  • Report on people initiatives as required.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
