Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Terminal Operations Coordinator to join our team in Mabini, Batangas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the terminal manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring safe product movement, analyzing vessel and storage tank performance, and conducting regular inspections of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate, execute, and ensure the completion of maintenance and housekeeping programs to maintain critical assets and prevent disruptions.
  • Administer incoming and outgoing product movement activities safely and in accordance with IMS and HSE requirements.
  • Analyze vessel and storage tank performance, identifying variances and making recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct regular inspections of loading, dispatching, and operational activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
  • Manage documentation, statutory permits, licenses, calibration certificates, plans, layouts, memos, and external correspondences to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in responding to accidents or incidents within the terminal, mitigating harm to people, assets, and the environment.
  • Serve as point of contact for the terminal manager during their absence, ensuring safe and efficient terminal operations.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience in the same industry.
  • Licensed Engineer - preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical.
  • Willing to do fieldwork as needed.
  • Willing to be assigned in Mabini, Batangas.
