Job Overview

This position involves providing timely and effective support to customers through various channels. The candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks at once, think critically, and make sound decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer timely and effective support to customers, resolving their queries and issues efficiently.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meet or exceed team performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of customer support.
  • Work securely with sensitive customer information, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
  • Apply best practices in customer happiness and engagement to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of our client's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with developers and other departments within IT companies to resolve technical issues and improve overall service quality.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch and English (B2 level).
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
  • Personal or professional experience in trading, investments, or blockchain is highly desirable.
  • Experience in providing support via live chats and working with CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to resolve complex customer issues.
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).

Preferred Qualifications:
