Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer support representative to join our team. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat services.

Responsibilities
  • Inbound/Outbound Calls: Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner, resolve customer complaints, and provide information about products or services.
  • Email and Chat Services: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their problems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field is an asset.
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience: 6 months of experience in a call center environment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
