Overview
Our team is seeking a skilled Customer Support Expert to handle multiple customer support channels, including phone calls, live chats, and emails.
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear accent. Previous experience as a customer support representative is essential along with flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
A strong background in handling complex processes and protocols is also required, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
