**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Merchant Support Coordinator. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of commercial rates setup and other operational tasks based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience in an Operations role with e-commerce industry experience being an added advantage.

This position requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, good communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. The ability to use dashboards/MS Excel/Gsheets functions for basic data processing and analysis is necessary.

  • Execute commercial rates setup and other operational tasks based on SOPs reliably and accurately within service level agreements
  • Understand merchant-specific requirements and conduct checks accordingly
  • Monitor issues and conduct daily quality control tasks
  • Provide support for markets with accuracy and promptness to meet SLAs
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams after due diligence checks and follow through with resolution

**Requirements**

  • 1-3 years experience in an Operations role
  • E-commerce industry experience is an added advantage
