Crewing Commercial Officer

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Crewing Commercial Officer to manage our crewing operations and budgets. You'll ensure the right crew is on board at the right time, keep costs under control, and support process improvements. If you thrive in a dynamic maritime environment and enjoy balancing operational tasks with strategic oversight, this role is for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing crewing budget proposals and monitoring budget compliance.
  • Track and control costs for crew flights and uniforms.
  • Ensure the actual crew on board aligns with the planned budgeted line-up.
  • Prepare monthly training fees and submit them to the Accounts Department on time.
  • Ensure new building supervision invoices are submitted promptly.
  • Coordinate crew changes at key ports.
  • Take on special projects and tasks as directed by the Crewing Commercial Manager.
  • Understand, implement, and follow the Company's Management System.
  • Support improvements to existing procedures and promote continual improvement initiatives.

  • Work directly under the Crewing Commercial Manager in managing crewing operations and budgets.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of company procedures.
  • Be involved in the planning and execution of crew changes, training, and other operational tasks. a team.

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
