Lead Generation Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential small business customers who could benefit from commercial finance solutions.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their finance needs and conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support. Exposure to financial services, fintech, or SME lending is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have a proactive and self-starting attitude, with a focus on delivering value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify high-potential SME leads across inbound and outbound channels
  • Engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their finance needs
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Work closely with senior business finance specialists to hand off qualified leads and contribute to improving outreach strategies and conversion processes
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude, with a focus on delivering value
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is desirable
