We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing commercial rates setup and other operational tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Set up and maintain accurate commercial rate data across multiple markets.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure merchant-specific requirements are met.
  • Monitor issues and conduct daily quality control tasks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide prompt and accurate support to merchants, escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Support testing and Q&A processes for new operations procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an operations or commercial support role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • A strong understanding of commercial operations processes and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Basic analytical and troubleshooting skills, with proficiency in using dashboards, MS Excel, and Google Sheets functions for basic data processing and analysis.
