About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Lead Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute a strategic global supply-side lead generation plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management to define key performance indicators, set targets, and create a roadmap for scalable lead generation growth.
  • Own and execute the global supply-side lead generation strategy, focusing on mission-aligned organizations.
  • Design and maintain automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion, ensuring data integrity and global compliance.
  • Leverage CRM platforms and automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve targeting efficiency.
  • Oversee the vetting process to ensure prospective partners are legitimate, compliant, and fraud-free.
  • Develop standardized vetting frameworks and continuously improve them in response to regulatory changes.
  • Lead data-driven decision-making by developing dashboards, conducting root-cause analysis of pipeline metrics, and delivering actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
  • Perform hands-on lead generation activities as needed.
  • Manage teams and contractors, providing mentorship and upskilling in best practices for lead generation and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in international organizations.
  • Strong experience using HubSpot and other CRM tools.
  • Proven ability to manage tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Self-starter with a problem-solving mentality and hands-on approach to execution.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments.
