This executive will oversee the development of a comprehensive global lead generation strategy, focusing on partnerships with mission-aligned nonprofits and social impact organizations.
About This RoleThe ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with expertise in lead generation systems and process automation. They will partner with senior leadership to define key performance indicators, set targets, and drive sustainable growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and maintain scalable, automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and global compliance.
- Leverage CRM platforms, AI tools, and automation solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve targeting efficiency.
- Develop and implement standardized vetting frameworks to ensure prospective partners are legitimate, compliant with global standards, and fraud-free.
- Lead data-driven decision-making by developing performance dashboards, conducting root-cause analysis of pipeline metrics, and delivering actionable insights to improve conversion rates and team efficiency.
- Oversee the development of performance reports, providing insights into pipeline growth, conversion rates, and team productivity.
- 5+ years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations.
- Strong experience using HubSpot and other CRM or lead management tools.
- Proven ability to manage and optimize tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows.
- Ability to manage teams effectively.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mentality and a hands-on approach to execution.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
