**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned Credit Risk Manager to join our team in Metro Manila. As a key member of the lending team, you will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers and supporting lending decisions by conducting in-depth financial and risk analysis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough financial and credit analysis of prospective and existing clients
  • Prepare and present comprehensive Credit Offering Memos (COMs) to support credit decisions
  • Evaluate risks and recommend suitable credit structures and terms
  • Monitor borrower performance and identify early warning signals
  • Recommend actions on restructuring, renewals, or collections as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate credit processing

**Requirements:**

  • College graduate, preferably with a degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or Banking
  • Preferably 2 years of experience as an Account Officer or Credit Officer in commercial and/or corporate lending, with a similar-sized or larger bank
  • Strong knowledge of credit evaluation, banking products, data analysis, financial monitoring, research, and risk management
  • Analytical and understands critical business information that influences credit decisions
  • Articulate and proficient in written English
  • A good team player who can coordinate effectively with internal units
  • Strong time management skills and able to work under pressure to meet client requirements
