Job Overview

Assessing and managing credit risk is a key responsibility in this role. Ensuring the safety and stability of our business operations is paramount.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to conduct overall risk assessment of our credit business, formulate corresponding risk management strategies, and implement them effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze risk indicators of our credit business, identifying potential exceptions and taking corrective action.
  • Develop and implement credit business risk management policies and processes, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.
  • Conduct thorough risk model and data analysis to inform our risk management decisions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective risk mitigation.
  • Provide regular risk assessment reports and recommendations to support informed business decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of credit risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in using risk management tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, math, or related field.
  • Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
