Lead Credit Risk Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Credit Risk Professional to join our team. This is a highly visible role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of credit risk management principles and practices, with experience in assessing and mitigating credit risk across various industries. They will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management.

  • Develop and implement credit risk policies and procedures that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of credit risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
