Job Overview

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives. Your role will involve managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling routine matters independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless execution of plans
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and make reservations as needed
  • Handle routine matters such as correspondence, data entry, and other administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of business experience in operations, administration, or a related field
  2. Proven track record of delivering exceptional results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations
  3. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  5. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other productivity tools
