Job Opportunity

The position of Accounts Receivable Officer is available, seeking an individual who can play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of accounts receivable operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Verify all charge and credits to various accounts with utmost care and diligence
  • Compute and enter travel agent commissions on time
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts, statements, and follow-up letters
  • Provide necessary information for overdue accounts to relevant personnel
  • Balance subsidiary accounts receivable ledgers and prepare aged trial balances
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable, such as quarterly reports
Requirements and Skills
  • Strong knowledge about work-related items, including guest supplies and consumable items
  • Efficient use of computer systems and other equipment
  • Effective communication with guests and colleagues
