Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Director to lead our Assistant Property Manager (APM) team in delivering exceptional operational excellence.

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise, mentor, and develop APMs and internal operations staff to drive work quality, consistency, and growth.
    • Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development programs for new and existing team members.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and report key team metrics to senior leadership.
  • Operational Oversight
    • Oversight of all internal property management processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
    • Interaction with investors, third-party vendors, accounting teams, and stakeholders as needed.
    • Development and implementation of scalable, compliant operational policies and procedures.
    • Driving process improvement initiatives to reduce friction, errors, and inefficiencies.
  • Quality Assurance and Communication
    • Monitoring high standards of communication and customer service across all correspondence.
    • Ensuring timely and accurate responses to resident concerns and internal escalations.
    • Reviewing team KPIs and developing structured templates to standardize communication expectations.
    • Creatings accountability tools to track project progress and follow-ups.
  • Project and Task Management
    • Streamlining overlapping tools and trackers; eliminating redundancies for smoother workflow.
    • Oversight of financial reporting and timely updates shared with stakeholders.
    • Supporting team members with work-related and personal concerns, promoting a positive team culture.
  • Bonus Responsibilities
    • Assisting the Director of Operations with strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc tasks as needed.
    • Developing department-specific training materials and facilitating ongoing team development.
