About this Role

This position is a pivotal component of our educational organization, responsible for coordinating instructors, monitoring student progress, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Educational Program Director plays a crucial role in the success of our students and partners by ensuring seamless delivery of programs and initiatives.

  • Coordinate with instructors to effectively manage class schedules and ensure timely delivery of academic services.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and school district partners.
  • Collaborate with Regional Operations to achieve operational excellence standards.
  • Foster an environment of open communication, conflict resolution, and effective virtual administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; 2-3 years of progressive career growth and experience working in a virtual operations environment preferred.
