
Global Customer Resolution Specialist

As a key contact point for customers, you will handle inquiries via multiple channels and resolve support tickets from initiation to resolution. You will work closely with subject matter experts when needed and update support content based on recurring issues and product updates.
Key Responsibilities:- Ticket Management: Log, track, and resolve customer tickets efficiently. Ensure seamless hand-offs for complex cases.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and fix issues promptly. Implement changes based on customer feedback and revise support materials to reflect current processes and solutions.
- Recent graduate or 2+ years in customer solutions, preferably in tech or healthcare.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support platforms.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
