Customer Support Representative

You'll make a meaningful impact in our global customer support team, assisting customers from French-speaking regions through voice calls and live chat. Your excellent communication skills will shine as you address questions, resolve concerns, and provide professional, clear, and friendly interactions.

This role involves delivering timely and accurate support in French and English via calls and chat, troubleshooting customer issues, and guiding them through solutions step-by-step. You'll also log all customer interactions accurately, identify trends, and share feedback to improve processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience (remote, e-commerce, or tech support preferred)
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong attention to detail and genuine desire to help others
