Leadership Role Overview

This strategic leadership position involves overseeing the integration of people, systems, logistics, and culture to align with business strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organizational transformation programs and championing employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute people and culture strategies aligned with the organization's mission.
  • Embed core values, charisms, and competencies across the enterprise through various groups.
  • Provide leadership and coordination across functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure resource stewardship and optimize use of facilities, logistics, and services while safeguarding employee well-being.
  • Oversee compliance, risk management, and governance of people-related policies and systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
  • 15+ years progressive leadership experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or People Strategy.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity (VP, Director, or equivalent).
  • Strong background in organizational transformation, cultural change programs, and leadership development.
  • Familiarity with global best practices and regional labor context.
