Strategic IT Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT leader to drive our technology transformation and innovation across both offices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring seamless execution and effective management.
  • Design robust cybersecurity and data privacy frameworks to safeguard digital assets.
  • Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Datto, Kaseya Autotask PSA, and IT Glue, ensuring seamless integration and user experience.
  • Manage vendors, licensing, and infrastructure lifecycle, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team across regions, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in IT leadership, with 3+ in senior roles.
  • Strong background in systems management, compliance, and user support.
  • Deep knowledge of Datto, Kaseya Autotask, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.
  • Exceptional communication, budgeting, and strategic planning skills.
  • Preferred certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin.
