The Senior Solutions Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the bank's technology strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives. This position provides interim oversight of key IT delivery functions and fosters collaboration across solution delivery units, the project management office, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise four critical units: Solution Architecture, Solution Delivery and Integration, Enterprise Automation Solutions, and one additional delivery-focused unit.

  • Provide strategic direction and executive support in planning and executing enterprise-wide IT initiatives, aligning technology roadmaps with business priorities.

  • Collaborate closely with the CIO and Enterprise Architecture Head to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.

  • Oversee governance, project portfolio management, and service delivery to guarantee consistency, compliance, and measurable outcomes.

  • Champion best practices in systems architecture, process design, and delivery execution throughout the IT organization.

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery, team coordination, and accurate reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with audit, risk, security, and regulatory policies across all supervised functions.

  • Manage resource allocation to support strategic delivery initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the bank's objectives.
