Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable professional to join our team in Manila. As an experienced AP specialist, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable transactions, issuing invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and reconciling statements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Issue invoices and follow up on outstanding payments in a timely manner
  • Reconcile statements and identify any discrepancies or variances
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the client's finance team to ensure seamless integration of AP functions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, preferably in AP/AR workflows
  • Familiarity with MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting platforms
  • Strong understanding of financial controls and risk management principles
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
