Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
  • Communicate effectively with customers across both languages.
  • Provide assistance with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish mandatory.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role preferred.
