Remote Call Center Representative

Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, accurately documenting interactions and process claims, guiding customers through options to find the best solutions, following scripts, policies, and procedures while using available resources, protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information appropriately, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members, staying current with training, updates, and program knowledge, maintaining consistent attendance and adhering to scheduling requirements.
