
Multilingual Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled and multilingual customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Documentation: Document customer interactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Performance Targets: Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Bilingual Fluency: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Communication Skills: Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a bilingual customer service or call center role.
