Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.

Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

Key responsibilities include responding to customer emails, chats, phone calls, and social media messages, while creating memorable service interactions that drive customer loyalty and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A strong understanding of product knowledge, procedures, and resolutions is essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members to provide encouragement, answers, and customer insights.

Technical requirements include proficiency in CRM systems and practices, with Salesforce experience being a plus. Familiarity with remote work environments and the ability to adapt to changing software and technologies is also crucial.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 12 months of contact center experience within the last two years. Language proficiency in both Spanish and English (B2 level) is mandatory, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
