Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at EC PANDA CITY TECHNOLOGIES INC. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to meet targets and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Analyze store sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Create strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise daily store activities, lead the sales team, and motivate them to reach goals. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and product displays. Ensure accurate inventory records and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong leadership, people management, and motivational skills.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in sales reports, inventory management, and retail software.
