Job Description

The main objective of this role is to manage productivity and effectiveness of the Quality Assurance team. Key responsibilities include conducting transaction auditing sessions, providing guidance to QA representatives, and ensuring the team is motivated and working together in a cohesive manner.


Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare weekly sampling plans and share with the QA team
  • Monitor all types of transactions in assigned programs
  • Conduct audits as recommended by COPC - Live, Recorded, and Side-by-Side
  • Ensure sampling adherence and implement MIPs if required
  • Track feedback from QAs and improve consultant performance
  • Verify QA accuracy through ATA and calibration checks
  • Prepare and share Gage R&R reports
  • Provide consultation and advice to QAs on parameters
  • Frequent QA reviews and provide input on areas for focus
  • Facilitate QA training during nesting
  • Analyze monitoring data to identify program-level issues and opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires strong organizational skills, confidence, and excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will possess good investigative and business writing skills, be proficient in creating reports using various tools and applications, and have basic exposure to statistical tools and approaches.
