Key Operations Director Position

We are seeking an experienced operations director to lead our team in driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with governance requirements and adherence to established governance models.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to set and manage delivery expectations.
  • Contribute to the development of service level agreements (SLAs) and statement of work (SOW).
  • Participate in initiatives to support organizational objectives and improve competencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
