Job Overview

Ventra is a leading business solutions provider for facility-based physicians practicing anesthesia, emergency medicine, hospital medicine, pathology, and radiology. Focused on revenue cycle management, Ventra partners with private practices, hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers to deliver transparent and data-driven solutions that solve complex revenue and reimbursement issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the supervisor in executing daily operations and planning team objectives and goals.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor their performance, and provide feedback.
  • Serve as the main contact for US leaders regarding concerns in front-end tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • At least one year's experience in US healthcare accounts.
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.
